Denny is a beautiful 2-year-old lined-dun quarter horse. He was rescued from a kill pen at 8 months of age in February 2020. Even at a young age with his turned-out rear hooves, it was clear Denny was going to be an impressive quarter horse. He has a wide chest, strong shoulders, and the perfect peach-shaped butt. Within 2 farrier visits, his hind legs were straightened perfecting his form and line.

As Denny grew, it was clear he was going to be the herd clown, Scout’s trouble-making partner, and the head of Sophie’s Home welcoming committee. True to his personality, Denny meets every vehicle that arrives by greeting everyone at their car door. His curiosity and intelligence show he will excel at whatever job he is given.

Denny was adopted by a cutting horse world champion that fell in love with his personality! He is thriving and recently started agility training. We love getting regular updates and pictures of this handsome boy!
